→Additional virtualization support, including a Citrix XenApp/EdgeSight Connector to collect data on actual software usage and user-access information
→An improved workflow manager integrated with application readiness processes, eliminating the need for manual assignment of each task, and UI improvements such as direct access to a task completion form from email
→ISO 19770-2 software tagging support
→New license model support with enhanced support for FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications to include token-based and product tier concurrent licensing models
→FlexNet Manager Platform and FlexNet Manager for IBM enhancements allow IBM license optimization with two new license types—the User Value Unit and Resource Value Unit SAP Chargeback Reporting
