The biggest challenge our data center is facing today is keeping up with the never-ending changes to technology and infrastructure.

The next big thing for our business will be more automation in our procedures and technologies.

My favorite IBM product is DBU (Database Utility).

If I weren’t in IT, I’d want to be a hotel manager at a beach hotel in Sarasota, Florida, or Hawaii.

My favorite activity outside of work is radio-control flying and scuba diving.

My guilty pleasure is cake and ice cream once a month.

My favorite book is “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale.

The superpower I wish I had is the ability to fly.

If money were no object, the one thing I’d purchase is a beach home in Sarasota, off of Siesta Key. It’s one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see.

What’s the geekiest thing you’ve ever done or owned? A USS Enterprise drone.

If I were stuck on a desert island, the one item I’d want is a gadget to convert seawater to drinkable water.

The favorite part of my day is evaluating how efficient and rewarding my workday was.

The business skill I’d most like to acquire or improve is great technical writing.

I ended up in IT when I began my education at what’s now Brown College and took all kinds of computer programming classes.

My greatest mentor has been Steve Hamilton, one of the greatest programmers I have ever worked with. We worked together in the 1990s at AmerisourceBergen.
